THREE teenagers and a man in his 20s have been arrested after a man was robbed in a Falmouth street last month.
As reported by the Packet at the time, the victim, a man in his 60s, was walking along Basset Street with his food shopping when he was attacked by a group of people.
It happened at around 9.30pm on Friday, June 7.
A police spokesperson said: "He was punched in the face and repeatedly kicked while he was on the floor before his shopping was stolen.
"At the time of the incident, a small white van was seen turning from Basset Street into Penwerris Terrace.
"Police are appealing for the occupants of the white van – who might have witnessed all or part of the incident – to come forward."
An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and has been released on police bail until July 16.
A 17-year-old boy, a 16-year-old girl, and a 28-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and have been released under police investigation.
Police are continuing to look for witnesses.
