COX Patricia (Pat) Sadly passed away 19th December 2018 Much loved mum and nan, will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 15th January at Slough Crematorium at 11.30am. All friends welcome. Family flowers only with donations in memory of Pat to Thames Hospice.
