BLUESY acoustic rhythms will fill Jagz in Ascot on Tuesday, October 5, when Sonny Black takes to the stage with his acoustic guitar, writes Hannah Smithson.
Sonny returns to his roots of solo guitar to play an intimate set of soulful acoustic and slide guitar tunes with influences from blues, world music, jazz and country.
With Arnie Cottrell as a performing guest, the night promises to be one of musical delights.
Guitarist, singer and songwriter Cottrell, has played music all his life and started out on the 60’s and 70’s folk scene before realising his true love for acoustic music.
Having opened twice for Robert Cray, his gigs are always praised as a towering success.
