Finch’s Carl Barrie gets straight back into the action after his 18-month injury lay-off as he fires in a shot against South Kilburn.
NEIL White admits his side are turning into the draw specialists of Hellenic Division One (East) after Saturday's stalemate with South Kilburn.
Dean Thomas headed home a 94th minute equaliser to rescue a 1-1 draw for Finch as they were once again forced to settle for a share of the spoils.
That was the villagers' third draw in their last four games and sixth in their last nine.
And while White conceded that it was a run of results that had left him frustrated, he was happy to walk away with a point from last weekend's clash.
He said: "We really are turning into the draw specialists.
"But there are good draws and bad draws, and I think we have to put Saturday's game into the first category.
"We have been on the receiving end of a few last minute goals this season, though, so it's nice that the tables turned and we got the goal this week."
Saturday's clash also saw former Bracknell Town and Binfield front man Garry Sargeant make his first appearance for Finch.
And while the striker could not register a debut goal, White believes he will play a crucial role in his side's final 13 games of the season as they look to move up the table, starting with the visit of lowly Newbury this weekend.
He said: "It was a bit of a shame for Garry, because for once on Saturday we didn't create any clearcut chances for him.
"We have been creating plenty of openings all season, but just not on Saturday. But he knows where the back of the net is and has scored goals at a higher level than this, so hopefully he can get off the mark against Newbury on Saturday.
"They have really struggled this season, considering they finished third last year.
"But we have tended to do well against the top teams and not so well against the teams at the bottom, so hopefully we can reverse that this weekend."
South Kilburn travelled to Berkshire on Saturday looking to complete the double over Finch after their 3-1 success in West London in September.
White was forced into several changes with Pat and Steve Selby both away and Scott Bursill's illness meaning he was unable to start the game.
So as well as Sargeant coming into the side, Carl Barrie made his first start for 18 months following knee trouble and he was quickly into the action, firing a shot just wide in the opening minutes.
But Kilburn gradually got on top and went in front just before the half hour. Two superb free-kicks had been the difference between the sides earlier in the season, and Finch failed to learn their lesson as Scott Milnes curled home a glorious 25-yard set-piece for the opener.
After that chances were few and far between, with the visitors arguably looking the more likely.
But with the recalled Luke Axton-Hall playing well at the back Finch stayed within a goal.
And they duly got their rewards with seconds remaining as substitute Thomas headed home a corner to earn his side a point.
And a relieved White said: "They are not the worst side in the league and I think in the end everyone came off the pitch reasonably happy with a 1-1 after being behind for so long."
