A TODDLER out walking with his mum was bitten by two dogs in a vicious attack.

The three-year-old boy was with his mother, who was pushing a baby in a pram, when two black dogs, possibly Scottish terriers, rushed over and knocked him to the ground and bit his legs.

The woman walking the dogs, who was white, 5ft 4ins, in her late 50s to early 60s, with short black hair and dark trousers and dark jumper, walked over and pulled the boy away from the dogs before putting them on leads and walking off. The boy suffered bites to his upper legs but did not need hospital treatment.

PC William Laurie, from Loddon Valley police station, said: “I am keen to speak to any one who witnessed this incident or knows who this woman is.”

It happened at around 4.40pm on Friday [27] on the footbridge in the middle of the field between Forest Road, Emmbrook Road and Toutley Road in Emmbrook.

Contact PC Laurie via the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505 or call the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
