London Road, Bagshot closed after serious accident

TWO people were rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries following a crash in Bagshot this afternoon (Friday).

A pedestrian and motorcyclist are being treated in separate London hospitals after the collision in London Road at 3.15pm.

The road has been closed and diversions put in place which are expected to remain for a number of hours between the junctions of the A322 Bracknell Road and Station Road.

The pedestrian was airlifted to Kings College London and the motorcyclist, who was riding a BMW bike, was taken to St George's Hospital in Tooting by ambulance.

Witnesses are urged to call Surrey Police's Collision Investigation Unit on 01483 639922, quoting reference P12047155.
