Egham Royal Show is fun for all ages

A WIDE range of entertainment can be enjoyed at the Egham Royal Show, from hearing the best of local musical talent to seeing the best in show at a dog competition.

The Egham Royal Show, an annual horticultural and livestock show, will provide fun for all ages when it opens its gates on Saturday and Sunday August 28-29 and members of the public are invited to marvel at martial arts and fire displays, a vintage car rally and a sheep parade.

A horticultural marquee will give visitors a chance to view a wide range of arts and crafts hobbies and the winners of Egham's Best Garden competition will also be awarded during the show.

A music tent will showcase local bands from the area and man's best friend will be celebrated at the Scruffts crossbreed dog show heats.

Come join in the fun at at Mrs Caddey's Field, Whitehall Lane, Egham from 10am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday August 28-29. Tickets are £6 for adults, £3 for children under 16 and children under 5 go free.
