POLICING priorities for Ascot, Sunninghill and Sunningdale will be decided at an annual meeting.

Members of the Ascot Neighbourhood Action Group were in the town's High Street on Saturday quizzing locals on what the priorities should be.

People were asked to fill in a questionnaire to help set the priorities which were burglary, anti-social behaviour along with speeding and parking last year.

Royal Borough Cllr David Hilton, chairman of the NAG, said: "The people we talked to were very supportive of the aims of the NAG and the local police and we look forward to analysing the results of the consultation."

The annual meeting will be held on Thursday, March 25, at St Michael's Primary School in Sunninghill (7.30pm).

Heather Milligan, NAG member, said: "We have helped combat burglaries by delivering leaflets advising householders how to make their homes more secure burglaries in the area fell by 43% in the past year."

The questionnaire can be completed via www.surveymonkey.com/s/F2LYG3S
