Quiz night in aid of charity for the blind

A QUIZ night will have a 100 theme in honour of the centenary of Berkshire County Blind Society (BCBS).

The charity will hold its third annual quiz on Saturday, March 13 at St Paul's Parish Rooms in Reading Road, Wokingham.

Money raised will go to both BCBS and community group Fast, set up by BCBS member Amanda Payne to bring together people with disabilities and volunteers to help them with everyday tasks and keeping active.

BCBS supports more than 2,000 visually impaired adults and children in Berkshire and the previous quiz nights have raised more than £1,200.

The evening starts at 7.30pm before the quiz at 8pm.
