HOLY SMOKE: Mark Perkins cooks some toast with the help of his Batmobile.
FLAMIN' heck Batman!
Passers-by were shocked to be treated to flame grilled sausages and toast courtesy of a burger van with a difference.
Quick-thinking Mark Perkins made use of one of his vintage cars, normally used for fighting crime, to help beat the chilly temperatures. The flame-thrower on his iconic Batmobile car was used to whip up food for a barbecue with a difference.
Mr Perkins, who lives in Burleigh Road, said: "Everyone was feeling a bit down because of the snow so I though 'let's have a barbecue!'
"We were all wrapped up in hats and scarves and it was just the thing to warm ourselves up.There's no better thing to do with a brand new batmobile!"
