Gemma joins team at BRP
THE partnership overseeing the regeneration of Bracknell town centre has appointed a new marketing executive.
Gemma Tizzard, 25, worked as a project and partnership communications officer for Bracknell Forest Council before joining Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP).
In her new role as marketing executive at the partnership - an alliance of the town centre's two major landowners Legal & General and Schroders - she will work in coalition with the council to improve and encourage people to visit the town centre.
Ms Tizzard, who went to Edgbarrow School in Crowthorne and Swansea University, says she has a natural interest and passion for the town centre, said: "As a local girl, I am really excited to be joining the BRP team and spreading the word about our town centre.
"We really do have some great retailers and fun events for all the family taking place throughout the year, so I want people to come into town, join in and have some fun."
Rob Morris, general manager of Bracknell Regeneration Partnership said: "We are delighted that Gemma has joined the team.
"She already has extensive knowledge of the town centre in Bracknell which will be a huge asset to the role."
