A NEW face can be seen at a recently opened business park.

Salmon Harvester Properties and Raspin Properties Ltd, who developed Ascot Business Park, have appointed a marketing manager to build on the successes they have already made.

Vanessa Durham, who was behind the marketing operation at Green Park in Reading, has been hired to take on the role.

She said: 'This is a wonderful place to work, being so close to the shops and Ascot station and I am delighted to have been appointed and look forward to working with the team.

'Ascot Business Park is such a beautifully designed development and I am champing at the bit to put my experience to work and welcome new visitors to the new marketing suite.'

The marketing suite can be found in Queen Anne"s Square at the business park in Lyndhurst Road, South Ascot.

Bill Raspin of Raspin Properties Ltd, said: 'In the current climate it is important to ensure that potential occupiers can access the site during working hours and have a professional and friendly face to greet them.'

The suite is open Monday to Friday from 10am-4pm.
