A man has kept his licence after being caught drunk driving - but must pay a hefty fine.
Andrew Warner, 24, of Orchard Road, Old Windsor, was stopped by police in Royal Windsor Way, Windsor, while driving a Ford Fiesta on December 13 last year.
When tested, he was found to be over the drink-driving limit, with 83 micogrammes of alcohol for every 100 millilitres of breath in his system.
At East Berkshire Magistrates' Court, Warner pleaded guilty to driving while over the limit.
Magistrates did not disqualify Warner - but he has been fined £461.
In addition, he has received 10 penalty points on his driving licence.
