A 'HIGHLY successful' riverside hotel in Maidenhead is on the market for the first time in nearly 30 years.

The Thames Hotel, Maidenhead, is on the market for £2,450,000.

Being sold by Christie & Co, the “highly successful” hotel has been independently owned by the Owen family since 1994.

The hotel has 33-bedrooms and extensive function facilities, The Thames Hotel has built a renowned reputation in Maidenhead.

The Thames Hotel also has extensive bar and restaurant facilities on the ground floor, with an external River Thames terrace and potential to expand its offer with the current and approved planning permission.

Current owner, Cliff Owen feels the time is right to step back and hand over to new owners, to further develop and enhance this highly successful business for the future.
