PUPILS at a nursery in Wokingham has raised money for a children's hospital with a bake sale and pyjama day.
Children at Bright Horizons Day Nursery and Preschool, in Molly Millars Lane, recently hosted their own fundraiser for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
A variety of cakes were donated by both parents and staff for the children to enjoy on the day, raising a total of £185.80.
Nursery Manager Samantha Smith said: "The idea for the fundraiser came from a child in preschool who had seen on his television about children being poorly in hospital and he wanted to help raise money for toys, so that the poorly children could have as much fun at the hospital as he does at nursery."
