Here is this week's list of dealt with cases from Berkshire Magistrates' Court. 

PAUL STANLEY EVANS, 25, of Blunden Drive, Slough, pleaded guilty to two counts of stealing bicycles, one from Ascot Railway Station and the other from Slough Station, and failing to surrender to court. He was made to pay £450 compensation for one bike, and £610 for the other. He was also placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appointments with a police officer. In a separate case, Evans pleaded guilty to stealing men’s underwear worth £140 from TK Maxx in the Observatory Shopping Centre, Slough, and was placed under a community order in which he must attend appointments with a police officer.

OVIDIU ULICI, 39, of Cromwell Drive, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink-driving and resisting a police officer. He was fined £450 for the drink-driving, and made to pay £85 costs and a £45 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He was fined a further £150 for resisting the police officer.

SAQIB ZESHAM MIR, 28, of Northcroft, Slough, admitted to breaching his unpaid work requirment by failing to attend. A further 14 hours were added to his original 180 hours of unpaid work, and he was made to pay costs of £60.

IDRISS MUGWIZA, 22, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault in Slough, one in the High Street, and one in Tesco. He was jailed for 14 days, due to the assaults being unprovoked, and fuled by alcohol. He was made to pay £20 compensation to both men.

BHARAT BHUTANI, 31, of Little Road, Hayes, pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of whisky from a Waitrose in Windsor. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, and made to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

LEWIS PAUL DAVIES, 33, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to the windows of a house in Slough. He was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, and made to pay £200 compensation to the homeowner.

CONNOR PATRICK GARY DAVIS, 23, of Garrard Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman in Windsor. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, and made to pay costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge. No compensation was ordered as the identity of his victim was unknown.

DEE MARIE WORTH, 29, of Mead Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to attempting to steal two bottles of alcohol worth £66 from a Waitrose. She was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, due to a history of similar offences. She was also made to pay £85 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.

MOHAMMED RASALAT, 36, of Cippenham Lane, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs. He was fined £405, and made to pay £130 costs and a £40 victim surcharge. He disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ABDI KARIM JAMA, 30, of Lismore Park, Slough, pleaded guilty to two counts threatening behaviour in Slough. He was ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months.

HASSAN SULTAN, 27, of Birkbeck Road, Ealing, London, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police officer in Slough. He was fined £40 for each assault, and made to pay compensation of £50 to both the victims. He was also made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

ROBERT HAVERS, 38, of Sir Robert Mews, Slough, pleaded guilty to causing actual bodily harm to a woman in Slough. He was placed under a community order in which he must obey a curfew for the next six months, enforced by electronic tagging. He was made to pay compensation of £300 to his victim.

ALEKSANDRAS GUDONIS, 26, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs in Slough, driving without insurance, and possession of cannabis. He was fined £100, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £30. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He is currently held in an immigration detention centre. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to possession of a knife in Slough, and causing criminal damage to another man’s bicycle. He was fined £120 for the possession of a knife, and made to pay costs of £85, and a £30 victim surcharge. He was fined a further £80 for damaging the bicycle.

MOHAMMED OSMAN ASLAM, 26, of Adelaide Close, Slough, pleaded not guilty to drink-driving, but was found guilty. He was fined £120, and made to pay £650 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was given ten points on his licence.

NICHOLAS CALA, 39, of Churchfield Avenue, North Finchley, London, pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman in Datchet, but was found guilty. He was ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £775 costs and a £85 victim surcharge. He was also placed under a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim or going to her address.

MIHAITA-OVIDIU CLISU, 21, of Howard Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving without the correct insurance. He was fined £100, and made to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

JOSEPH CLIFFORD, 23, of London Road, Datchet, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man in Windsor. He was jailed for 16 weeks due to the fact he committed the offence while on bail. He was ordered to pay compensation of £115.

ALAN GORDON, 48, of Manor Park, Staines-upon-Thames, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour towards a man in Windsor. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, and made to pay compensation of £43, £85 costs, and a £20 victim surcharge.

JAMES ANTHONY SMITH, 41, of Wessex Way, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to stealing five hard drives from another man. He was discharged conditionally for 24 months, and made to pay £285 compensation.

ARTHUR CHARLES SINES, 22, of Moreland Avenue, Colnbrook, pleaded guilty to failing to attend his unpaid work requirement. He was fined £40, and made to pay £60 costs.
