THREE burglaries which took place in Ascot earlier this week are believe to be linked.
Between 6pm and 8.30pm on Tuesday, February 20, there were burglaries at two properties in Sunningdale, one in Abbey Wood and the other in Ridgemount Road, and a further burglary at a home at Lynwood Village in Rise Road, Sunninghill.
Burglars forced entry into the properties and stole various items, including jewellery.
Police believe the incidents are linked.
Detective Inspector Will Crowther, of the Investigation Hub at Maidenhead, said: “We are appealing for witnesses who saw any suspicious people or vehicles in the area around the times of the burglaries.
“We would encourage local residents to report any suspicious activity in the area immediately, should they see anything,
“We would also remind people to lock their doors and windows to prevent further offences.”
Anyone with information about the burglaries is urged to contact Thames Valley Police on 101, quoting one of the relevant reference numbers: 43180054601 (Abbey Wood burglary), 43180054613 (Ridgemount Road) and 43180054615 (Lynwood Village).
