STUDENTS from Charters School scooped five out of eight trophies up for grabs at the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Athletics District Championship.
More than a hundred pupils represented the school at the event, which took place at the Thames Valley Athletics Centre in Eton on Tuesday July 12.
The Year 8 girls, Year 8 boys, Year 9 girls, Year 10 girls and Year 10 boys were all named district champions.
Elsewhere the Year 7 girls and Year 9 boys were declared runners-up, while the Year 7 boys finished third place in their contest.
Kirstie Hartwell, head of the physical education faculty at Charters, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for the school. We have a very strong athletics pedigree and I am extremely proud of all the students who competed.”
