Folk group All Things Considered perform at Norden Farm on Friday 27 November at 8pm. Tickets are £5.

The Berkshire band were formed in 2007. They have gone on to record two albums and tour across the country. They have been heard on BBC Radio 2 and 6 Music, and have been championed by the likes of Steve Lamacq and various folk websites.

The line up features vocalist Emma Baldwin, who has been likened to Natalie Merchant, fiddle player Gethin Webster, acoustic guitarist Adrian Holden, cello Andrew Richardson and the tribal percussion of Phil Daniels.

Together they create a bold sound that is distinctive and yet accessible. The band is influenced by a host of artists from Bjork to Seth Lakeman and Runrig to Show of Hands.

All Things Considered’s songs use the glowing history of folk music along with a haunting sound.

They will be supported by superb local roots singer Helghyer. Helghyer (pronounced Hell-hear) is the solo project of multi-instrumentalist Natalie Earl. Her debut EP received airplay from both sides of the Atlantic including Tom Robinson’s BBC Introducing Mixtape on BBC Radio 6 and BBC Introducing Berkshire.

Also supporting is local singer / acoustic guitarist Spencer Brooks.

Join them for a night of great folk music live in Norden Farm’s intimate Studio space.
